1. General Information

CanadaPassportHelp.ca is a private company and is not affiliated with any government agency.

The following terms and conditions govern the use of this site:

  • All details obtained online will be held securely and used only for processing and fulfilling passport applications. Personal information will not be shared with any third parties.

2. Cost

As of July 1, 2013, Passport Canada’s new fee structure came into effect with the introduction of the ePassport. In addition to the fee you paid when you registered online, you must complete the credit card section of the application. This fee includes the cost of your new ePassport, shipping and handling with international FedEx, and the consular services fee of C$25.

The costs for obtaining your Canadian passport are as follows:

  • Adult 5-year Passport: USD 190

  • Adult 10-year Passport: USD 260

  • Child Passport: USD 100

The cost of our services is separate from these fulfillment charges and pertains solely to assisting with completing the application process.

3. Our Pledge

While we make every effort to ensure the success of your application, the issuance of Canadian passports is solely the responsibility of the Passport Program. We are not responsible for an application's rejection due to external factors.

We are not liable for delays or mistakes caused by factors beyond our control, such as missing documents, photos, or payment. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by incomplete applications, mail delays, or issues within the Passport Program.

CanadaPassportHelp.ca is not responsible for lost or held documents by postal services, courier services, or the Passport Program.

4. Legal Disclaimer

CanadaPassportHelp.ca provides an online portal for general information on passport applications and processes, but does not serve as a substitute for professional legal advice. This site does not create a solicitor-client relationship; no such relationship exists when reviewing the site or using our services.

We do not provide legal representation before regulatory authorities. You are responsible for completing and submitting all materials to the appropriate authorities or seeking professional representation as needed. We make no representations regarding your legal rights under passport laws, including eligibility to obtain, renew, or hold a passport.

CanadaPassportHelp.ca may terminate this agreement and/or the provision of services at any time for any reason, including improper site use. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will revert to CanadaPassportHelp.ca.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel the same day you place your order, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel within 6 months of placing your order, a refund will be issued, subject to a $15 non-refundable cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations requested after 6 months will not receive a refund.

  • No refunds will be issued once your application has been submitted for review or if you have requested passport photo studio information.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that your credit card provider may take up to 7 business days to post the refund to your account.
