CanadaPassportHelp.ca is a private company and we are NOT a government agency.

The use of this site is bound by the following terms and conditions:

All details obtained online will be held in a secure area and used only for the purpose of processing and fulfilling passport applications. Personal information will not be shared with any third party.

Cost

As of July 1, 2013, Passport Canada’s new fee came into effect with the introduction of the ePassport. In addition to the fee you paid when you registered online, you must complete the credit card section of the application. This fee includes the cost of your new ePassport, shipping, and handling of your new passport with international FedEx, as well as the consular services fee of C$25. Based on the type of passport you need, you must pay the fee listed below. Other costs associated with the acceptance of your passport application and the ultimate reception of your new or renewed Canadian passport include.

a. Adult 5-years Passport $190

b. Adult 10-year passport $260

c. Child passport $100

The cost of our service is outside of these fulfillment charges for the completion of the application process.

We at Canadapassporthelp.ca can only advise and assist you in applying for your Canadian passport.  While we do our utmost professional efforts to make sure your application is successful, however, issuing Canadian Passports are the sole responsibility of the Passport Program.  We are not responsible for the rejection of an application that is caused by factors outside of our control.

We are not responsible for any delays or mistakes that are caused by factors outside of our control, or for missing application requirements including but not limited to: photos, unsigned applications, and remittance. Canadapassporthelp.ca assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any delays caused by incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications, mail delays, or delays caused by the Passport Program.

Canadapassporthelp.ca is not responsible for any documents accidentally held or lost by the post office, courier services, or the Passport Program.

Legal

CanadaPassportHelp.ca provides an online portal for visitors to obtain general information about passport applications and the application process but is not a substitute for professional advice. This site is not intended to create any solicitor-client relationship, and no such relationship is created by your reviewing the information on the site or using the services offered by CanadaPassportHelp.ca.

CanadaPassportHelp.ca does not provide representation before any regulatory authorities. It is your responsibility to properly complete and submit all materials before such authorities or to seek such professional representation as you may require. Further, CanadaPassportHelp.ca makes no representations pertaining to your legal rights under the passport laws of any country, including without limitation your eligibility to receive, renew or hold a passport.

Use of the site

CanadaPassportHelp.ca grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. You may only use this site to place legitimate orders or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent orders.

This site and the content provided in this site, including the text, graphics, button icons, data compilations, and software, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without the written permission of CanadaPassportHelp.ca. However, you may download, display and print the materials presented on this site for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree that you will not transmit or otherwise transfer any Web pages, data or content found on this site to any other computer, server, Web site, or other medium for mass distribution or for use in any commercial enterprise. You agree that you will not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this site.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure that CanadaPassportHelp.ca deems in its sole discretion to be unreasonable or disproportionate to the benefits CanadaPassportHelp.ca obtains from your use of the site.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.

Transmission

During monitoring, the information may be examined, recorded, or copied, and your use of this site constitutes your consent to such monitoring and review. You agree that if you submit suggestions, ideas, comments, or questions on this site, you grant CanadaPassportHelp.ca that right. CanadaPassportHelp.ca takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted or submitted by you.

Termination

CanadaPassportHelp.ca may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which CanadaPassportHelp.ca may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to CanadaPassportHelp.ca, as applicable.

Assignment

You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

Modification

CanadaPassportHelp.ca may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

Severability

These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Entire agreement

This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel on the same day as you place your order, a full refund is issued.

  • If you cancel within 6 months of placing your order, you will receive a refund subject to a $15.00 non-refundable cancellation processing fee.
  • Any cancellation request after 6 months of placing your order, will not be subject to any refund.

Any cancellation request after:

  • You submitted your application for review or
  • You requested photo studio information for your passport picture

Will not be subject to any refund.

NOTE: Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 7 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
